We are not responsible for cookies or tracking technologies used by third-party websites linked through our Services.

Article I. State-Specific Addendum
Chapter 17: California (CPRA)
- You have the right to limit the use of your Sensitive Personal Information to purposes necessary for providing services.
- You have the right to opt out of sharing Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising (Frontier Energy does not engage in this practice).
- You have the right to designate an authorized agent to exercise privacy rights on your behalf.
Chapter 18: Vermont (VDPA)
- Sensitive Data Consent: Frontier Energy will not collect or process Sensitive Personal Information without your opt-in consent.
- Vermont residents have the right to data portability (to obtain a copy of your Personal Information in a portable, usable format).
- Vermont residents have the right to appeal if we deny a privacy rights request. Appeals can be submitted using the same contact methods listed above. We will respond to appeals within 60 days as required by VDPA.
- We do not sell Personal Information or use it for targeted advertising.
- Vermont-specific retention limits: We will not retain Personal Information longer than reasonably necessary unless required by law or contract.
Chapter 19: Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia
- You have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of Personal Information, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. (Frontier Energy does not engage in these practices.)
- You have the right to appeal any denial of a consumer rights request. Appeals must be submitted within a reasonable time frame, and we will respond within the period required by your state’s law (Colorado: 45 days, Connecticut: 60 days, Virginia: 60 days, Utah: not specified but will follow reasonable practices).
Sensitive Data Processing: We do not process sensitive personal data without consent where required (Connecticut and Colorado require affirmative consent).
