Transportation

Since the 1990s, Frontier has been in the driver’s seat of battery and fuel cell electric vehicles. We take a human-centered approach to all our projects and particularly focus on equity for residents and small businesses. Frontier actively participates in national and state advisory committees for public charging and freight electrification and our staff are well known for their leadership in freight electrification. Frontier Energy is the operator of the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Partnership.

Fleet Transition Planning

The Frontier team has completed more than 50 fleet transition plans for urban, rural, and agricultural fleets.

Our clients include utilities that contract with Frontier to work with their customers, municipal fleets, and private companies.

Public Infrastructure

We work with cities and counties to thoughtfully plan infrastructure for light-duty vehicles and to enable the transition of trucks and buses to charging and hydrogen.

Frontier pioneered the first e-mobility hubs and leads projects that use community-centered design to bring equity and inclusion to public charging stations.

Technical Advisory Services

For many multifamily and commercial property owners, putting a charging station in the parking lot is as strange as parking a spaceship in the garage.

We work with utilities and local governments to offer concierge services to help demystify electric transportation by answering questions to help them with construction drawings and rebate applications.
